Shipping Policy – California Diesel Manufacturing LLC

California Diesel Manufacturing LLC ships orders from our facility in Temecula, California. Orders placed before 3:30 PM Pacific Time (Monday through Friday) are typically shipped the same business day, subject to product availability. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will generally ship the next business day.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. We ship using major carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Unless a specific shipping service is selected at checkout, the carrier may be chosen at our discretion to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.

Most carriers deliver Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery may be available in certain locations for an additional fee depending on the carrier and service level selected. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Customers placing international orders are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. California Diesel Manufacturing LLC cannot be held responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a shipment must be redirected or reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Once a shipment has been delivered according to the carrier’s tracking confirmation, California Diesel Manufacturing LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the shipment or arrange a secure delivery location with the carrier.

Customers should inspect packages immediately upon delivery. Any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation. Supporting information or photos may be required in order to process a claim.

Orders placed through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other sales platforms may also be subject to the policies and procedures of those platforms.
